Our products are meant for children, but they must be purchased by a parent, guardian or adult.

4. Products and Product Information

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including sizes, fabric, colour and care instructions.
Colour: Actual colours may differ slightly from images because of lighting, photography and screen settings.
Size and measurements: Size charts are a guide. Garment measurements may vary by a small margin (approximately 0.5 to 1 inch) due to the manufacturing process. Please check the size chart before ordering.
Fabric: Natural fabrics such as cotton, cambric, seersucker and double gauze may have natural texture, crinkles or slight variations. These are characteristics of the fabric and are not defects.
Products are subject to availability. We may discontinue any product at any time without notice.

5. Child Safety Notice

Children's garments, especially those with bows, buttons, straps or other small embellishments, should be used under adult supervision.
Please inspect the garment regularly for loose buttons or detached parts and stop use if damaged.
Please follow the wash care instructions on the product page and label.
We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse, improper care, or use without adult supervision.

6. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices and offers may change at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of placing your order will apply.
In case of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Shipping charges, if any, will be shown clearly at checkout.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm it by email, SMS or WhatsApp, or when the product is dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect address, or any other reason. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
We may limit the quantity of items per customer or per order.

8. Payments

We accept payments through [UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, Cash on Delivery].
Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.
We are not responsible for any failure, delay or error caused by the payment gateway, your bank or your internet connection.

Please provide a complete and correct address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
Risk of loss and ownership pass to you upon delivery of the product.
Please check the parcel on delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, inform us within [48 hours] with photos and an unboxing video.

10. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us at [email/phone]. Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You may return them as per our Return Policy.
Customised, personalised or specially made items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

11. Returns, Exchange and Refunds

Return and exchange requests must be raised within [7] days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-returnable items: [innerwear, accessories, sale or clearance items, customised items, items without tags, items damaged after delivery].
For wrong, damaged or defective items, please share clear photos and an unboxing video within [48 hours] of delivery.
Minor differences in colour, natural fabric texture, and measurement variations within normal tolerance are not considered defects.
Approved refunds will be processed within [7 to 10] working days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made by bank transfer/UPI after you share the details.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

12. Promotions, Coupons and Offers

Coupons and offers are valid only for the stated period and cannot be combined unless specified.
They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may withdraw or modify any offer at any time. Misuse of offers may lead to order cancellation or account suspension.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including logos, brand name, product designs, photographs, text, graphics and layout, belongs to Peehu Fashion or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
